On Friday, December 4th we held our annual Phocus State Of The Firm at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. Everyone at the firm presented on what they do day-to-day and it allowed us all to gain a better understanding of the different roles we play! It was a great team bonding experience that we will take with us into the New Year!
