ZooLights is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit with the whole family!
Your neighborhood is not the only place that is filling up with holiday lights, so is the Phoenix Zoo! ZooLights opened on November 23rd and runs through January 10th, and is going to be bigger and better than ever before!
From 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m., the whole zoo lights up with millions of twinkling lights and various other attractions and entertainment. Jengo the Talking Giraffe and his friend Tortuga the Talking Tortoise will be returning this year for everyone to enjoy. The carousel, camel rides, and Stingray Bay touch tank will also be open for all visitors.
ZooLights will also feature tons of new attractions, including:
- 2-D lion cubs and butterflies
- 3-D light sculptures including flowers, stingrays, tigers, and hummingbirds
- Music in Motion shows featuring Winter Palace by Trans-Siberian Orchestra and music from the movie Polar Express
- Live ice sculptors who will transform a 300-pound block of ice into an animal every Thursday night
- Extended hours
Any night tickets are $16 for members and $18 for general admission, and value tickets are $10 for members and $12 for general admission.
